What does this website basically provide?
This website aims to provide any person, business or organisation with the opportunity to collect debts effectively, affordably and consistently
How can I use this website effectively?
It is free to register, and once you do so, you will be given access to a control panel which contains useful and recommended tools to help you collect debts more effectively. Obviously, we cannot guarantee debt recovery, as this ultimately depends on the undisputed nature of the debt you are trying to collect, and the ability to pay the debt - by your debtor.
Who is this website useful for?
We have taken care to try and cater for different anticipated users ranging from large businesses or organisation to small and medium sized business and even for sole traders and individuals basically anyone to whom money is owed.
What is a credit?
We dont charge a percentage of the debt, or a charge for each letter sent. Instead, *we charge a single flat fee for each debt that you add to your account for collection regardless of it's value. Since a debt can be made up of numerous transactions such as invoices, credit notes and part payments, the credit covers all these items. * You do not get charged per debt if you are paying the annual subscription instead.
What does the diary feature provide?
The diary feature is included and can provide a list of events in date order, which you can view online or print out. These events can include details of emails and letters issued, and if used together with other features, can include other significant events.
What does the Email and Phonecall feature provide?
This feature is included and allows you to add a summary record of emails and phonecalls concerning the debt, so you can maintain in more detail any activities relating to the recovery of the debt.
Can I add transactions to a debt after I have started the collection process on Debtor Controller?
You can not add invoices, but you can add payments and credit notes as these may results from the collection process.
